Within the Gloom

I found myself in a room with a man holding a scythe, a raven, and a crying woman.

I asked the man how to escape, and he told me that he would cut his way out if his blade were sharp enough.

I asked the raven, and he said that he would fly away if he had wings.

I asked the woman, and she just cried.
